We proudly offer massage for two people at the same time in the same room! Receive a relaxing massage while you chat, laugh, snooze or meditate together – perfect for couples, friends or family.

90 min. – $260 per couple

* add $10 per person for a “mama” massage session
* add $15 per person for an “intensely deep” massage session

strategy

This is a great massage when you want us to focus on a few areas of tension, perhaps using increased pressure, while decreasing pressure in other areas. Employing a variety of techniques, strategic bodywork focuses on releasing contracted tissues by reconnecting the neuromuscular pathways &/or eliminating muscle spasms, thus releasing chronic or acute tension. Together we can, over time, train your body to self-correct poor body posture habits.

mama – little & big

Effective both as pre and postnatal body care, these specific techniques can eliminate painful muscle spasms as it helps to balance the hormonal and structural changes of pregnancy and delivery. Also available in these sessions are preparation exercises for labor, labor pain distraction and reduction techniques, and support for all labor & delivery choices.

intensely deep

This is exactly what it sounds like – great for those with high pain thresholds.

gentler

A light, soft style of massage designed to decrease your stress level by reducing your heart rate and stress hormone production as it increases blood flow to muscles and organs. As your body’s lymphatic fluid moves, you increase your body’s natural toxin-flushing mechanisms.

shiatsu

In this Japanese style, no lotion or crème is used. Gentle or deep hand pressure, acupressure points, stretches and breathing are employed to balance and energize you.

all business

This is a 30 minute massage dedicated to working on specific areas such as neck & shoulders, low back & pelvis, or feet. Your massage is performed either in a specially designed massage chair or on the massage table depending on your preference and your therapist’s recommendation.
